Edward was not dreamy

I am really glad some of you enjoyed Twilight (totally sincere), I, however, couldn't have been more disappointed. Sorry to be negative. I didn't have high expectations, because I was aware of the actors, and actresses they chose beforehand. And also the movie is never as good as the book. So my expectations were pretty low already. I could go on, but I wont because many of you liked it. But to let my opinion out I was sorely disappointed.

On a side note (which you may feel contradicts what I said earlier) I did enjoy it, and I'm glad I went. I had a good time hanging out with my sisters, friend, and mom. We made memories in the freezing cold, wearing blankets wrapped around us for an hour, standing outside in the line. I love the screaming and awwing as Edward first appeared in the film. The contest for the loudest Edward fan did get a bit on my nerves, but that's expected opening night.

I am now even more anxious to see the movie. Angie and I will be going on Friday. I have been getting mixed reviews from everyone. I have heard to leave your books at the door because the movie is far from the books.

You mentioned your mom...I miss her! We stayed in touch for quite awhile there, but haven't talked in a long time. Tell her hi from me next time you see her if you wouldn't mind.

Love your blog music by the way.

I am glad you had fun. I didn't think Edward was dreamy, and i didn't agree with Bella, BUT I did like the movie. The books are better, but I liked it. See you soon.

No, he wasn't the best guy they could've chosen. But I still thought they did a good job. And in the next one, he's not even hardly in it, just Jacob - what did you think of him?

i liked it a lot but i thought his makeup was pretty...funny. they barely pulled it off. i saw the actor on leno the other night and he was sooo much worse though. kind of just a dumb sloppy english guy with horrible hair! not edward-like at all.

I didn't mean to come down on the movie too hard. I did enjoy it. I just expected too much. Jen- I liked Jacob, I thought he and Billy were much more what I had imagined.

I didn't see it opening night but the girls in the theater were still excited about him. My personal favorite was when his skin looked like diamonds I nearly choked on my popcorn and I think I got a little snot on myself.
