My Blogging Family

Keeping a blog is amazing! I can't believe all the people I can stay in contact with through blogging. I love being able to check up on your families, hear about the good news, as well the bad, read about your day, humorous stories or rantings, or find people that need my prayers (sometime complete strangers).

One thing that I wouldn't have expected, is that I've developed relationships with friends and family. I love having a friendship with my husband's cousins because of blogging. I think you're my biggest fans. I appreciate everyones comments and the inspirations they are to me. I hope to someday have a blogging relationship with the other side of my family. They aren't as "into it" as the Elder family is ( don't think anyone is). I'm the only one in my immediate family that blogs, which isn't a big deal, because we're all really close, but, I would love it if they would blog (hint, hint). Especially those who don't live close. I'm thankful for Steph in pushing me to start blogging. I am, and have been for awhile now, completely addicted.

I know it's been kind of cool huh? I was thinking of planning a "Cousin Lunch" around christmas, where all the cousins who are home go out together. We did it in washington with my other family and it was fun. We left the kids with the grandparents and just went to lunch. So I will try to organize that at christmas then we can all blog in person. LOL

I agree, it's been great to get to really know our hubby's cousins, huh? I was a little "I'm-not-gonna-blog" at first, but now I am seriously addicted to it!

I often read your blog and you've posting about something I've been thinking about. When I want to do a "thought provoaking" post I start typing way before I post it and I have a very similar post saved on my computer... that's funny.
I LOVE that you are blogging and addicted to it! It's funny how it really does make you feel closer to people and much more connected than you would otherwise.
So, don't be suprised if you see a similar post on my blog. :)
It was good talking to you the other night. I'm glad we're friends.

It is fun- I dont really k now you guys, but feel like I do through your blog, I really like that! I was thinking about it the other month and ALL but 1 of my cousins have blogs, on both my sides AND cliffs! (married ones that is!) The only one who doesnt is my dads nephew Jeff and his wife and they live in the middle of nowhere. It is fun because when my cousin got married the other week I actually felt like I could talk to my older cousins wives because through blogging I knew them and they knew us and it wasnt weird... so anyway, keep it up, it is so fun!

Oh my goodness I'm so glad that you left a comment on my blog!

Did you know there are like a billion and one ways to spell Kristi? I looked and looked for your blog after the scrapbook retreat and I think I spelled your name in every possible way other than the way you spell it :P I probably should have asked you to write down your blog address. Ah well, you live and learn I guess. :)

Congrats on being prego!
